You must submit the information specified in paragraphs
(a)through
(e)of this section prior to initial startup:
(a)The type(s) of waste to be burned;
(b)The maximum design waste burning capacity;
(c)The anticipated maximum charge rate;
(d)If applicable, the petition for site-specific operating limits under § 60.2115; and
(e)The anticipated date of initial startup.
